9/4/08 - Over half of U.S. voters (51%) think reporters are trying to hurt Sarah Palin with their news coverage, and 24% say those stories make them more likely to vote for Republican presidential candidate John McCain in November.
Thirty-nine percent (39%) also believe the GOP vice presidential nominee has better experience to be president of the United States than Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama.
Updated thoughts: Here is yet another glass ceiling that Hillary has cracked for the women coming behind her. She was crucified with sexist and woman-hating remarks from every corner. We were told for MONTHS that there was no sexism going on, it was our imagination. But slowly America woke up to it, and now we know it when we see it, and we don't like it. So when the press and the Dems went after Palin, the sexism was instantly identified and the perpetrators have faced the wrath of a united GOP and an electorate that has had enough of that crap.
