Yet another kool-aid swiller wakes up to the cold reality of the Democratic Party. In reaction to the Democrats turning away from a public option on health care:
"These Democrats are a bunch of wusses," Moore told Raw Story in a hard-edged interview Wednesday. "They don't have the courage of their convictions. They won't stand and fight."
OMG did he REALLY think they would? Has he not been paying attention for the past, oh I don't know, 20 years? The Democrats do not know how to govern, how to fight, how to lead, or how to unite their own party.
They do what they do best: backstab each other, fold under pressure, backtrack when they do take a bold stand, wring their hands as they renege on promise after promise, and break the hearts of the people who, foolishly, believed that THIS TIME it would be different.
I love it! Idiots like Moore, who backed that shallow pond Obama over the best candidate the Democratic Party has had since, well the other Clinton, deserve to have their heart's broken with each broken promise, each baffling moment when they eat their own.
Those of us who saw through Obama 2 years ago are not at all surprised that he is a weak and ineffectual president, and that the Democratic super-majority is already dead after a year. It has now morphed into what, in the hands of any other party, would still be a formidible majority, but because it is the Democrats, it will be short-lived, and noted in history as an incredible opportunity squandered by a party that wasted time on health care when 10% of Americans were out of work.
They are clueless, stuck on Obama's socialist agenda, trying to pass a health care bill that the majority of Americans, including their own constitutents do not want. And revenge will come in November.
I'll let Moore sum up this post:
"You really have to admire the Republicans on some level, because they stand up for what they believe in," he said. "They come into town, and when they win, oh they win. They come in with guns blazing."
